  • We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland.

  • Choose between standard delivery or bespoke delivery (for locations with restricted access). Both typically take up to 4 working days, depending on your postcode.

  • Standard delivery: £39.95.

  • Bespoke delivery: also £39.95. Use this when parking or access is difficult for large vehicles — think fire-engine sized. If you’re unsure, contact us.

  • Next‐day delivery is available if you order before 12pm. Orders placed over weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Note: next-day delivery is not available to Cornwall or Devon; these areas take 5-7 working days.

Delivery Date & Tracking

  • You select the delivery date during checkout – we aim to match your schedule.

  • We’ll send a text and an email with a two-hour delivery window once your order has left our warehouse.

  • Deliveries happen from 8am to 6pm. Try to be available during that time until you receive your delivery slot.

Checks & Preparation

  • If access is restricted, choose bespoke delivery at checkout. Otherwise, delivery might fail, and you could incur redelivery charges.

  • Leave helpful delivery instructions (in the order comment box) — especially if your address is tricky to reach or locate.

  • Watch for your delivery window notification. If you’re not there when the driver arrives, a redelivery fee may apply.

  • Inspect the packaging and contents right away. If anything is damaged in transit, accept delivery as “damaged,” take photos, and tell us.

  • If the goods are incorrect or missing – send photos, and our support team will help.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for most orders.
